Alarm keeps going off and information / trip control button not working

Hi Thanks for reading I'm in desperate need of help. New to the site. Owner of Ford Focus titanium 2014. My alarm is going off every 20 minutes without any just reason. Also noticed that my information button on left hand of steering wheel is not working at all. The trip computer display is fine I just cant use it. Disconnected battery for a while which did not resolve anything. Cleaned the bonnet latch mechanism which didn't  help anything either. Took alarm fuse 59 out out of desperation but didn't help either. I'm a nurse and work long hours so need my car. Apart from disconnecting and connecting the battery on every trip , is there any way of disarming the alarm until I can get it into the ford dealer?
