Autobeam footwell kit *piggyback fuse*

Hi all just got my autobeam footwell kit through today and had the intention of piggybacking into the cigarette lighter fuse, doing this I now realise 1. My cigarette lighter is always on (is it normal?) which means the lights permanently stay on with keys out and all. 2. Which other fuse would be ideal to piggyback into instead?

    Yes, it’s normal. Although it will go off after about 75mins maximum.

    piggyback the rear wiper fuse, do not piggy back anything safety related.

    Cheers mate, yeah I've seen a few posts regarding not to use safety related fuses but not much on the what to use for this kit, thanks again
