Hi guys,

My Sync on my Mondeo 2015 wont pair bluetooth with anything. Ive tried all sorts: reset unit, all troubleshooting from ford websites, reset module with Forscan, tried different phones... 

So my question is, where is located the bluetooth module on Mondeo Mk5 2015?

I might aswell try to change it...

    On the Mk4 it is behind the glove compartment. Don't know about the Mk5.

    I have the same problem on a Mk5 65 plate so late 2015.

    Did you get yours fixed as I' can't find any info on whether the bluetooth is incorporated in the APIM module or exists as a separate module.

    I notice on ebay there are loads of standalone bluetooth modules for Mk4 Mondeos.

    Anyway have you made any further progress.

     

    (I've dome all the resets and checked Forscan for errors and service procedures to test it, all with no luck.

    My Modeo 2012, i pulled out the stereo and replaced with after market kenwood stereo with BT, no issues with BT andphone works like a charm, samsung s21
