Central locking/ rear door locking issues

Hi group, I have a 60 plate S Max 2.0 tdci titanium. The problems with the rear doors, the passenger door lock, it locks fine but when I unlock from the key fob I have to open the rear passenger door from inside. Then every time after the first opening it opens every time. Also the child lock does not lock this door but it stops opening of the window. Also the drivers side rear door unlocks fine but when locking I have to press the key fob 4 to 8 times before it locks. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
