2014 Focus Titanium Navigator Sat Nav not working

Hi all, very recently bought the above but the sat nav has never worked, it just has the No GPS symbol on the screen. After reading all the posts on the site, I bought one of the internal GPS antennas from Ebay. Installed today, tried inside and outside the car, GPS still not working. It's connected to the white Fakra port on the internal unit. Any ideas, checks, suggestions gratefully received please!

    You need to plug it into the blue connector on the back of the screen.

    Many thanks. So what are the the 2 fakra connectors for on the head unit? One is obviously for the DAB etc, but the other? And how easy is the screen to remove? Sorry for all the questions, very new to this car and everything I've owned before were museum pieces lol.

    One is DAB and the other is for FM/AM. Screen is easy to remove I think it’s just four screws if I remember correctly.
