Noise coming from engine bay

Hi all new to the forum and looking for some help with my 1.5 ford fiesta deisle over the past couple of days I've noticed a noise coming from the engine when driving around 60-70 mph it's a really low pitch whining/vibration sound its kind of the same sound as a bad wheel baring. The sound is present in gear out of gear going straight or moving lanes on the motorway. After sitting on the drive at home and revving the car just above 1000rpm I noticed this sound in the video attached best heard at 1.30 in the video. The car has 37000 miles it is still under warranty as I took out 2 Yr warranty when I purchased it 8 months ago. Does anyone know where the sound could be coming from?
