hi i have a ford smax 2007 with a low fuel pressure issue error codes p0087 and p0089 

 

i have changed both the fuel regulator and the fuel pump this hasnt been cheap it was diagnosed with a fuel pump issue so this was replaced and to my dispointment this didnt fix the issue.

the car does however fire and start when easy start is used but this isnt ideal the car also starts when towed up and down the road in gear but wont them restart after ignition turned off

 

im now at a loss what could it be has any one else had this issue id take any sugestions.

 

 

look forward to suggestions 

please save the smax haha

    tried this ive just read that a slow turning starter motor could cause the ecu nit to send correct signals?

    Starter motor not the issue what could this be any ideas I’d rather the car not be scrapped and have an smax with the same engine that I can get parts off as the cam belt had gone on the old one ?
