Sat nav help

Featured Replies

Hi folks

Just an update for anyone having satnav problems like me 🙄🙄

Ok i have an 2011 focus 1.6 tdci

My sat nav was working but not showing my position i was miles away from where i was.

I checked the ariel didnt look to good but radio worked fine. So i ordered a 2019 update maps from ebay at £26

Still no joy 🙄🙄

Next i ordered from ebay a fakra gps box £5.99

Took out my stereo plugged it in

BINGO 😁😁😁😁

It was a magnetic box very small so i put it on top of stereo slipped unit back in and replaced everything and now i have fully working satnav.

Hope this could maybe help someone who may have same problem

Jamed
