3rd row seatbelt floor lugs - where for art thou?

I recently purchased a S-Max, originally a 5 seat, but I have purchased seats and belts to make it into a 7-seat.

Problem me and the mechanic are having is we cannot find the floor lugs for the anchor part of the seatbelt to attach to.

Anyone know where they are?

    Thanks but that doesn't show me where the lugs are/go, unless I have been stupid and misse dit.
