incoming and outgoing mail server info

i use incredimail when installing it used to install with out asking for ingoing and outgoing info but now its asking for it and i dont have a clue what it is any one help me please

    Use SMTP SSL port 465 for outgoing mail server port and IMAP SSL port 993 for incoming mail server port. Check the setting one more time and click Ok to save the settings. ... NOTE: If you are using POP3 protocol, please change the incoming server address to pop.dynu.com, and POP SSL port 995.

    i take it i have to put in each box what you typed for each ? tried it but didnt work.

    normally incredimail does it automatically but now it wont
