Blower Come On But Weak Air Flow

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a ford focus mk2 2002 46k miles 1.6 zetec

No aircon in this car - only asking about the internal fan blower

First the heater stopped working on 123 and only came on at point 4 - But i got this fixed - resistor needed repalced

Now - After it was working for a few weeks - when i turn on the blower, I can hear the fan going buit hardly any air comes out?

when i change it to re-cycle air - it works great "i.e. very powerful"

what could it be thats causing the normal fan not to blow out at normal rate?

thanks for help in advance

Sounds to me your pollen filter is blocked.

I had the same problem. Changed the filter, and now its working great.
