Intermittent power loss from turbo. Anyone ever replaced hego/oxygen sensor on 2.2 TDCi ?

Diagnostic indicated 0.0 voltage on Bank Sensor 1 which Ford say is hego sensor.

Anyone ever replace one of these? Can it be done from engine bay or do you have to get under the car?
