Bluetooth stopped working

Featured Replies

Hi, I've a 2012 mondeo 1.6 diesel & the bluetooth has stopped working. I think it might just need reset as the car has only moved at weekends recently. I can't locate the correct fuse number. I have the radio code so could disconnect the battery as well but if I could get the correct fuse number and if disconnecting it for 30mins would reset the bluetooth I'd be happier to do that.

Is the fuse under the glove box or under the bonnet? What number is it?

Thanks in advance.

Fuse box is above the passenger footwell.

The bluetooth module probably shares the same fuse as the radio which is fuse 21, should be 15Amps. The modules themselves aren't too uncommon for failing altogether though..
