car insurance

any no how to check for free if a car is car insurance I used gov.org one for tax and mot that's ok its just the  insurance one I cant find

Thanks for this Tom. Just checked all my cars and bikes and discovered one bike isn't showing as insured! I had a panic thinking I had been riding uninsured for 9 months, but called the insurer and they're sorting it out with MID.
