Featured Replies

Hi purchased a 65 plate(2015)s max titanium.does anyone know if the Ambient lighting should work on the rear passenger doors?there is lighting in both front and back footwells, front cup holder and front doors but not on the back doors.thanks

Hi

I have a 2017 Vignale S-Max with ambient lighting and it works on all the passenger doors. Some colours are easier to see than others though.

Thanks for your reply combtech.the lights definitely don't work on the rear doors I've tried in the pitch black and still no lights.hopefully someone will have the same model as Me(2015 upwards newer shape)and come along and give me the answer before I phone the garage as bought it last month

There should be lights under the front seats that shine into the rear foot-well. Mine's a 2016 Tit. You can see if these work in daylight, not sure of there are any others, can do an overnight look if required.

I have a 2015 on, titanium sport x. Mines doesn’t have lights in the rear door handles, you can feel the the small rectangle cutouts if you place your fingers where the lights should be.  I think it’s bad, considering how much these cars cost new.

Thanks for your reply.yes there must not be ones in the rear door handles.as you said I can feel that there should be ones there but there isn't.if yours is the next spec up from mine maybe it's only on the vignale that has the rear door lights.as you say you would have think they would have just had them on the doors at the rear
