One Fog light on with headlights

Hi people,I have a 2017 s max with led headlights & standard fog lights.problem is that the near side fog light is on when the headlights are on & obviously should not be.has anyone had this issue?does anyone know what the fault is & how to remedy?any help will be appreciated.

    Is it not the cornering function - where enabled the fog light will light with indicator when headlamps are on to enhance view on turns.
