Simple question. Does the flat edge go to the 'outside' or 'inside' when inserted? With respect, I'd like a definitive answer, I'm quite capable of guessing myself LOL I remember when I last did it, I got it wrong and it was the devil's own job trying to remove a very stuck key! I thought I had written it down somewhere, but if I have, goodness knows where it is!

    Remove the air vents to help 

    You can fit your hand in there to the back of the headunit to help push it out.

    Remove vents as saw here:
