MAF sensor

Featured Replies

Hi guys, does anyone know if the 2005 fiesta 1.25 16V has a MAF/ MAP sensor ? Some less reliable forums seem to guess at the answer . I know that on other models that do have them that it is located behind the air intake pipe but also not quite sure how to remove the pipe, there doesnt appear to be anything holding it down ?? Any ideas ?

The 1.25 has a MAP sensor.  It does not have a MAF sensor.

As you suggest, it's located under the air pipe between the airbox and throttle body.  Originally there would've been a Clic-R type clip holding it to the airbox, that may have been left off by a previous owner/mechanic though.

Hi

Have a S-MAX 2007 with 2.0L Duratec-HE (107kW/145PS) engine.

Recently I am seeing fault codes P0104 which indicates a MAF sensor issue, but I can not locate it nor find.

Am wondering if this engine has a MAf sensor at all or it uses a MAP sensor instead, but can not explain the faultcode

Anybody a idea or information for me???
