2010 2.0 TDCI Water leak.

Featured Replies

Hello all, I'm new to this group, I have had my s max for 1 year now and I love it. I came back to her after shopping this morning and found a puddle of water under it. I cannot see where the leak is as it has a undertray. Has anybody else had this problem? Can anybody shed some light on this ? Thanks in advance.

If it's at the front of vehicle, I'm guessing it's the air con dropping the condensation out from the evaporator in heater box. Quite a few are commenting on puddles of water under cars at the moment. Has been very humid recently and the water is a consequence of this.

Yes, coincidentally the Mrs was shopping this morning, and it felt very humid here. When she got the car out you could hear the aircon running straight away and when she came back there was a massive pool of water under the car after it had stood a few minutes.😀

Thanks for the reply, Iantt you were correct it was the air con. Just had it on the ramp to double check. Always learning[emoji16]
