Rear trailing arm Bushes replacement

Since I have the rear subframe out and split (respray job) I'm replacing all rear bushes when im at it. I have the tool for the rear trailing arm bushes but does any one know what way the new ones fit?

The old ones the rubber is completely out so I can't tell which direction they where to mark them as they where pretty worn.

 

I have noticed on the metal ring sleeve there is a flat side if it helps. Images would be great if you have any.

    late update to this but I have all sorted. It was very easy to do, I managed to use another focus as a guide to mark the sleeves but on a closer look you could work it out from he old ones. been going great since.
