Hi my s max has recently started to have to have the clutch pedal and the brake peddle pressed before it starts on the electric start button wondered if anyone had any ideas why it's doing this

    It could be that the Clutch Pedal Position Sensor has stopped working.

    I've changed the clutch pedal sensor today, but still won't start unless both pedals pressed, since I've had the car always only pressed clutch pedal and for a week had to press both then it just stopped starting completely, just trying to find out if something else needs changing in case it packs up on me again, might have call into dealership see if they have got any ideas
