I have recently changed the plugs in my Focus ST, partly in an attempt to solve the issue in my post bad vibrations, and partly because they weren't done in the service it had before I bought it.  Since changing the plugs it takes a good 20mins for the oil temp needle to reach middle of the gauge, I'm fairly sure it wasn't talking that long before. Also one if the old plugs was much dirtier than the others. Are these things I should be concerned about?
