2019 Fiesta Trend USB not working.

Hi, I’ve got a 2019 fiesta trend with the basic Sync which includes car play and non of the USB ports have any power? Any ideas appreciated.



check fuses first? car still under warranty get main dealer to investigate cause.

Sorry if its obvious, but so often overlooked.

Have you tried a different cable, or device or both?

A cable or device which may have worked on a pc for example, wouldn't necessarily work on a car circuit, if there is a fault with the cable or device.  USB is notorious for being sensitive.
