2017 Ford S-Max Vignale Sync 3 Multi contour seats problem

Hi everyone. First of all thanks for having me. 

We have 2017 S-max Vignale with a lot of extras including multi contour seats, They either work or not (most of the time). Pressing the button on the side of the seat will turn on last remembered setting however Sync 3 screen has all the seats settings greyed out. It does not allow any changes to contour or massage function. Sometimes it seems to work for few minutes but that's rare.  

Does anyone experienced similar issue? I have seen American sites mentioning software fix for F-150's with Sync but cannot find anything in UK. 

Software is up do date according to Sync.

    I have a the same issue and this has happened from new.   Sometimes you can get them to work but it is very rare.   On my system you cannot select the function by pressing the screen.   Also since the dealer tweaked it the button on the seat no longer works properly, so the massage function just does not really work at all now.   The drivers side is fine,  it is only the passenger side which did not work.
