Ford Focus MK2 1.6 TDci using alot of washer fluid

Featured Replies

Hello,

Recently purchased a Ford Focus MK2 1.6 TDci in July and i've been using it for a few months now, and is working absolutely perfect. However one very very strange thing is how fast im using up the washer fluid. Example: About 3 days ago i filled up with 3L of washer fluid in the reservoir, and now i'm completely empty again. Even if i used alot of it, it would be very very weird for me to be able to use 3L in 3 days. And also, I do not see any leakage under the car either. What could this be?

it's probably leaking , it can be hard to tell this time of year when it's wet everywhere. had similar thing on my wife's mazda 2. the washer pump plastic was cracked and it was leaking slowly but not fast enough to see drips or puddle under car.

Fill it up, don't use washer for 3 days, check if it is still full
