Gain entry to vehicle when car battery is flat and no key blade

Featured Replies

So my car battery has gone flat  on my 2011 1.6 diesel Smax and my key fob is now unable to unlock the vehicle. I do not have a car key blade within my key fob . Someone please help

Hi, you don't have the backup key blade under the cover? what about the spare key fob, has that got a blade inside that?

In case you don't know, see the handbook from about page 35 onwards https://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/catalog/owner_guides/ENUSA_CG3533_GLX_og_201011.pdf

Only thing you could do is remove the belly pan and connect jump leads or booster to the live on starter motor and earth anywhere. Or call rac etc they should help.
