Forscan is a free download https://forscan.org/home.html you will need a modified ELM to connect with you OBD port the ones from tunnel rat are the best https://tunnelrat-electronics.fwscart.com/USB_Modified_ELM327/p4541936_17045457.aspx, I'm presuming you have a laptop

Did you download the drivers from tunnelrat?

Hi sorry a bit off topic but are you able to add a rev limiter with forscan so you can't red line it?

No mate, you need to add a rev limiter in a remap

OK cool.

Thank you.

I have now thanks LOL DOH!! I can't however find the bit to switch off the limiter, any pointers would be much appreciated. I've also got a fault tire sensor and would like to switch these off until I can get them fixed???

Nah not yet

Settings should be in the PID:

Are you sure your van doesn't have a MyKey programmed? Just wondering.

Hi, been searching for answers. Will try here.

I've got a 2010 Mk7 minibus and Ford tell me it has a speed limit governor fitted at factory.

Does this mean it's made with some sort of mechanical speed limit governor or just programmed in the ECU etc.

Thanks
