2013 S Max Rear Light

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Hoping you might be able to help. I have cracked the cover of my rear light. The light works so it’s just the cover that is damaged. Is there an affordable way of fixing this? The prices I am seeing for even second hand lights are very expensive. I wondered if there might be a tip or trick to help repair it more affordably? Any help greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Sophie

You should be able to get repair tape especially made to stick over lamp lenses on cars. You can get individual colours or a pack of different colours. I would think most motor spares outlets would stock them , Halfords or somewhere like that . I’ve seen them on eBay and Amazon for only a few £’s

Fantastic - thank you so so much for taking the time to reply. I’ve ordered some clear tape and I’m hopeful it will do the trick. Thanks again!
