Missing fuse?

Featured Replies

Whilst checking my fuse box on an unrelated matter regarding my boot I've spotted that in the Engine Compartment Fusebox, I haven't got a fuse in F6 which is "HEGO Sensors 1 (engine management), variable valve timing (engine management)". But there was a fuse of same aperage (10amp) in F9 which is NOT USED.

I've always had high fuel consumption, computer says 45-50mpg and I'm getting closer to 30-35mpg. Could this be related to there being no fuse there or does my diesel not nead that fuse?

That fuse position is probably for petrol versions with hego sensors etc. Your diesel doesn't have hego sensors
