USB port says "no device"

Featured Replies

Hi there, I wondered if someone could help me. I recently purchased a 2010 s-max. When I try to plug my mp3 player into the mini USB port and select the USB option on the entertainment system it says "no device". The device itself recognises that it is plugged in and will charge but the entertainment system won't play the music. Any ideas?

Without checking any handbooks myself....I don't think that it is possible to do that. To test, if you have a USB stick, format it to FAT32 and add some mp3's to that.

Thank you, I will give that a go.
