SYNC 3 Display changed on 2019 Galaxy

I have a 2019 Galaxy and my SYNC 3 menu screen display has changed. Not sure if it was after an upgrade or something else. My display now looks like the first pic attached. It used to look like the 2nd pic and I want to return to this. Can anyone help? As it happened to anyone else. I did a Master reset but no different.
