Navigation on Sync 2

Featured Replies

My mondeo has a sync2 system and works well with a F4 SD card but if I try a Ford F9 SD card, I cannot use the voice control as it says the card is not compatible with my system. But all the navigation item can be changed on the touch Screen. Has anyone got any ideas how to overcome this problem. The Sync 2 has the current system installed.

Where did you buy the sd card from

Is it a genuine Ford supplied card

It was bought for me and I think it came from Sat Nav UpDate Store.

I don't know them. Is the sat nav store a kosher company. Can you not contact them and ask the question regarding your problem.

It really needs someone on here to confirm they have an F9 and theirs works correctly - the one you have could be faulty, who knows

All the none genuine cards have labels on like yours that make them look genuine
