2007 S max 2.0 tdi MOT failure

Hi all, after four years ownership and three “ok” MoTs I’ve put the car through, this time round has reared it’s ugly Head again repair wise. 

car at 160k and needs rear suspension control arms replaced, along with front lower suspension arm and a new section of exhaust from flexi pipe up to turbo fitted. 

garage to be fair are quoting £450 all in for parts and labour. 

does anyone agree this is a fair price or perhaps go elsewhere?

Doesn't seem to bad if they are doing the bushes as well, I had similar on my Mondeo a few years back and it was around that price.
