mondeo 2010 mk4 wont start engine malfunction

i went work in the car no issues, leaving work engine malfunction, car wont even attempt to turn over just nothing there. connected to a obd2 reader and that won connect to the ecu either, had the aa out and they dont seem to think it could be either dash cluster or ecu. i have replaced the ecu dash ignition and fuse box under the passenger side with others that match and still same issue. all fuses have been checked and are working.

anybody got any ideas on any other causes that it could be because im running out of ideas.
