Help!!!! Car won't start

Featured Replies

So my 2012 mondeo 2.0 tdci pug engine code UFBA snapped it's aux belt and it subsequently made the timing jump by 3 teeth. so parts that have been changed:

timing belt

aux belt

cam sensor

crank sensor

fuel pressure sensor

2 tappets

brake vacuum pump (idiot mechanic broke the round key that marry up to the cam shaft)

Now just refuses to start.

so the following errors keep coming up:

Anyone?

I'm still not convinced it'll hold compression since the timing slipped.  Does it run ok on easystart?

The cam sensor has to be in exactly the right place to work, so I'd double check that was refitted correctly.

The low fuel pressure reading may just be from poor fuel system priming.

Neither of those faults would generally cause a complete non-start though.

On easy start it does nothing just tries to start then cuts out pretty much straight away.

The fuel system is strange at times it shows high pressure then low pressure

now the “mechanic” is claiming all 4 injectors are not working so took them out asked me to get them tested he says that if they come back as no problem he takes full responsibility as to why the car doesn’t start anymore.
