    My friends mk8 did it when he left the boot open slightly.

    It might also be a programmable feature on Forscan though.

    If you lock your car and any of the doors or boot is not correctly closed, your horn gives a double beep to advise you of that. Could it be this ?

    It just happened on mine…slam the hatch no more beeping upon locking from fob.
