Duratec 2.0 vibrating, poor performance

Hi Guys, 

I have a problem with my Mondeo. 

For over one year I can't fix the problem.  The engine is much louder than it was before,  it goes together with performance.  Sometimes it runs quiet and accelerates better. Engine is also shaking , you can see it on idle sometimes and feel it inside. I can see also black coat around exhaust pipe. 

I replaced or switched many parts:

Fuel pump , injectors, spark plugs,  coils,  throttle body, crankshaft sensor, lambda sensor1, catalitic converter with exhaust.  Removed swirl flaps and replaced belt rollers. Engine mounts are ok 

 

I'm tired of this issue and none of specialists in service centers can help me. What else can I check?
