Rear Brake Lights not Working

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I am look for a bit help.

I have 2013 Mondeo Titanium X with led rear brake light.  My brake light are not coming on at all included the centre light. I have changed the fuse and the two switches under the pedal I have power at the switch and power at the BCM/Central fuse box.  All other lights and the cruise control are working.  When I run forscan  I get generic error about the invalid single from the switch. When I monitor the switches in for forscan I can see the switches going on and off I now at loss.  I have auto electrician coming to look at the car later in the week his first thought is the BCM.

Has anyone else experienced this issue before? I should add I have trailer module fitted that is genuine ford.

Thanks Dave
