Now bare with me this might sound stupid but I really can't find the fast forward or rewind for my mp3. Their even is not a progress bar on it to move/skip it to a specific time stamp. Holding the next/previous track buttons on the steering wheel does make the sound go off but does not skip forward or rewind as it moves in the same pace as the sound when it is off.

Anyone know how I can get my music tracks to rewind and fast forward??
