Hi i got s-max 2014 diesel automatic as soon as engine gonna  warm up my rpm start to jump and car start to push its no different if its on drive or revers gear  please help thank you

    i was changing gear box oil and filter 6 months ago. i don't know if its my gear box is faulty but i don't have any message on my dash board no code. i went to garage and connect laptop to see if there is any code but no no code. so i was thinking if this is because of throttle and egr valve. but i don't know its my guess.
