mk3 central locking reset

Featured Replies

Sure this has been asked  before, MK3 mondeo central locking, i can open/close all the doors using the key, if i try the fob it sometimes locks all but the drivers door or cycles itself to unlock all doors.

I have tried the ignition key 0 to igni lights on 4 times a buzzer sounds but nothing else, the instructions i have from an old thread says doors will lock and unlock to confirm programming mode.

Am i doing it wrong or is there another way of doing it

This seemed to start with  the battery going flat when i parked it up for a while, i used a trickle charger over night with the bonnet down but not locked and i locked the car with the fob.

Could be a coinsidence but seems to start after this

thanks

kev
