Mondeo Mk4 p2566 P003A:17-6c

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a problem on a Mk4 Mondeo 2.0 TDCI from 2008. QXBA engine code.

I searched the forums for answers, found and solved some of the problems but the car is still not up and running.

So basically this is the problem.

Cold engine, car starts fine, after about 50 km, it goes into limp mode with the following errors:

P2566

P2263-turbocharger

P003A:17-6c boost control Circuit voltage above threshold

Now the fun part. Everything started about a month ago when the car would enter Limp mode for a underboost condition. That was solved but now I am getting these 3 error codes.

What I have done until today.

Turbocharger-new from mahle-worked fine for about 4000 km, then underboost error.

Replaced EGR with Delphi, new egr values were added through Forscan.

Replaced vacuum hoses. Double checked for the correct order.

Replaced vacuum actuators, Pierburg-both.

Replace intake hose from intercooler

I have done some live logs with Forscan, I will post soon a picture. But in theory everything works ok until in one point the turbo actuator is at about 120% position and is locked there. Curiously when this happens whil recording the car works fine. Minutes after this of course it enters limp mode.

Also the DPF pressure at 4000 rpm full acceleration maxes out to about 30 mbar. At idle it is about 0.5 mbar.

No DPF related error.

So, any member here ever had these problems, or maybe an ideea?

I have none now :)
