Hi I’m wondering how to clip the front valance ( the black plastic bit under the front bumper) back on after some kind person decided to pop it off whilst getting out of a parking spot, fortunately no damage to the paint and missed the fog light  by  fractions. Tried giving the corners thump with my fist but it didn’t seem to flex too much? Any ideas? 
 

also TDCI130 automatic, I’m getting about 34 mpg nearly all around town is that normal?
