DTC codes still present issue

When I plug my obd reader in I have 2 of them no issues are found but when I do a self test when holding the ok button in on the steering wheel then turning ignition on 2 DTC codes are there is there any way to get rid of these I have tried clearing faults on both obd readers but both there still
