DAB Radio Cannot be selected

Hi all,

 

I have recently purchased a 2015 Ford focus st-3. All wash working fine until one day DAB radio turned off. Now, DAB radio cannot be selected by pressing source button or using the touch screen.

Have tried to reset unit; reset battery and have removed the Sync system fuse but still no luck.

 

Has anyone ever experienced anything similar?

 

Any help would be appreciated
