mk6 ford fiesta rear brake balance problems

hi guys new to the site could some give some advise please last year i did a full disc conversion on my 1.4 fiesta with the rear beam off a st150 when i had the mot done it had advisory note about rear brakes needed to be balance i know its been a while since i worked as a mechanic i have never come across this issue before. so replaced disc and pads and greased up guide pins. this years mot it has failed its mot on rear brake balance, i am in the process of striping the rear brake calipers given them a good clean and fitting all new seals as well as fitting new brake cable as well a 2lb residual pressure value to each of the rear brake lines is there something i have missed to replace or fit something else to rectify this problem. the problem is how can tested this issue car has no mot and you still to take it to test centre to get them tested any help with issue would be great
