My Ford Focus 2015 1.0 ecoboost lost power!! please help

Over the last few days my ford focus 2016 1.0 ecoboost has lost power - another strange thing that happened is "Engine Service Required" came up on my alerts but my car was serviced in March???

 

Any idea to what this is please????

    The message "Engine Service Required" means that there is something wrong with the engine and the engine is running in limp mode. This message has nothing to do with scheduled services.

    Diagnostics should be performed to address the cause of the warning message. If you do not have the tools/knowledge to read DTC codes yourself I suggest to go to a garage as soon as possible. It is strongly recommended to not drive the car while this message is active.
