Just out of interest, how much is the first year service on a MK4 Focus ST? I've just booked my car in through the FordPass app at the local Ford dealership at a cost of £142.50 (should be £162.50 but used FORD20 for £20 off). Even had en email for this price from Ford. I then received a further email from Lookers Ford (I'm guessing this has been passed onto them) confirming my booking at a cost of £265. 

I've queried this and they have confirmed that the price is £142.50 and they are sorry for the mistake. But was it a genuine mistake on their end and they had just typed the wrong price or have I got lucky and they are honouring the lower price?

Sounds about right for Lookers Ford....our local Lookers Ford were appalling when we was looking for a car. 

I wanted to test drive the new focus and almost ended up signing a new car order instead of some insurance/ License waiver. Never been back since.

Recently had my STLX serviced and is was around the £160 mark.

I presume Lookers have several garages and sell several makes? In which case there will be managers, directors, etc, etc, all pushing for extra sales to get bonuses.

Find yourself a nice independent Ford dealer, their service and price should be a lot better.
