AC ceiling vent issue

Hi. I have a 2006 S-max and in the middle row of seats I have the  AC vents in the headlining but on the passenger side the vent is barely blowing out anything at all, even with the fan on full power. All the other vents in the car are working fine. Has anyone had this issue?
