Let me introduce myself, my name is Frans living in the netherlands. I would like to share knowledge with other Cortina enthousiast and hope I can be in some assistance to other members. I'm the second owner of my Cortina since 1979. I have been working a lot on this car due to the fact that I have been visiting the french alps 25 times with a caravan. You can imagine the trip dind't work alwas as expexted ;( however, he always brought me back home. As an electronic specialist I have been doing a lot of mechanical work too. The engine I overhauled twice and at this moment it has 15k miles on it.
